摘要
It is shown theoretically that electromagnetic waves, excited simultaneously at various angles to an external magnetic field, may propagate in a semiconductor in the form of a narrow helicon beam. The direction of this beam follows the direction of the external magnetic field, so that the angular distribution of the radiation can be controlled by such a field. Experiments are reported for the 8-mm wavelength.
