摘要
To enhance the precision of ellipse gyre surface. A scheme of the ellipse gyre surface with 2-axis NC machining before polishing and its formula of the minimum curvature radius are given. And it presents a geometric model for the suitable radius and the row space based on the precision assurance. Also, it gives the formulae of level and axis feed speed. And then, it proves the feasibility and reliability of scheme, model and the formula with example. Since it has abroad reference value for other kinds of gyre surfaces and off-axis, it is of great importance in theory.
