摘要：
Effective sealing of concrete is more difficult than is generally recognized. A first step often involves field testing or laboratory testing on croncrete specimens of a standardized quality that is similar in permeability, age, surface condition, temperature, and moisture content to the inteneded field concrete. This is needed to establish the necessary coverage rate to achieve the desired preformance.
