An influence of operational and technological heatings on the structural changes, the corrosion and mechanical properties of 12Kh18N9T steel as applied to the service conditions of sheet and tubular articles is studied. Tendency to intergranular, pitting corrosion, corrosion cracking and structure of the steel articles after heating up to 400-800°C and cold and hot bending the tubes are determined.
