摘要：
The numerical S//N code ANISN is employed to perform A//n calculations using its multigroup diffusion feature, in order to test the applicability of the A//n method to neutron reactor calculations. Different geometrical configurations are analysed. It is found that the A//n approximate method, which reduces to a system of second order differential equations, might well be used to yield reliable results in all sorts of neutron transport calculations.
