摘要
With the wet end concept `kajaani wet end management (WEM)', paper manufacturers have precise and continuous on-line measurement and analysis equipment at their disposal that are said to minimize the fluctuations and thus help to improve quality and reduce production costs. The kajaani RMi analysis unit is the basis for optimization of the wet end and for the WEM concept. It measured the total consistency of the backwater, the ash consistency level, the ash content, overall retention, filler retention, flocculation, temperature, pH level and conductivity.
