摘要
The influence of ionic and nonionic surfactants on the properties of gelatin foams was investigated. A correlation exist between the stability of films formed from gelatin - surfactant by system and the rheological parameters of adsorption layers at the surface air - solution. The contact angles and tensions of black films of gelatin - surfactant - electrolyte solutions at a gelatin concentration of 0.1% have been determined by using a topographic method.
