摘要
Using a symmetrical and uniform orthogonal three-level experiment plan, a study was made of the effect of the carbon and manganese contents, the initial and final rolling temperatures, and the deformation regime per pass on the properties of steels of type (06-16) G2FB. A generalized desirability function was used for overall characterization of the steel quality. The optimal combination of properties is possessed by a steel containing 0. 05 %C and 1. 4% Mn and rolled according to the following controllable regime: heating to rolling at 1150 degree C deformation in the final passes with partial area reductions of 10%, and a fnal rolling temperature of 780 degree C.
