摘要：
A mathematical method of optimizing low and medium voltage power distribution systems is proposed, making allowance not only for costs of depreciation and losses but also for costs of non-available energy and excessive voltage drop. Both technical and financial constraints are observed. Using a real urban power distribution system, a cost-benefit analysis has been carried out to evaluate the efficiencies of different investment schemes.
