摘要
The growth and magnetooptic properties of thick liquid-phase epitaxial (GdBi)//3 (FeAlGa)//5 O//1 //2 films grown on LT AN BR 111 RT AN BR Nd//3 Ga//5 O//1 //2 substrates are discussed. The LT AN BR 111 RT AN BR thick (GdBi)//3 (FeAlGa)//5 O//1 //2 films have uniaxial anisotropy with an easy magnetization axis along less than 111 greater than . They exhibited stripe domain patterns. An external field of 200 Oe was necessary to magnetically saturate the thick film perpendicular to the film surface. This is a much smaller field than the external field of 2000 Oe necessary to saturate bulk Y//3 Fe//5 O//1 //2 crystals.
