摘要
Many forge shops and metal casting plants are severely handicapped by inadequate, high labor cost cleaning equipment. Equipment of a new design is available which is easily expanded, can be automated to a high degree, and represents only a modest capital investment. A very important factor in any cleaning operation is the proper selection of the type and size of abrasive to be used. In addition to steel shot and grit there are also available nonferrous shots of bronze, aluminum or zinc which are appropriate for specific cleaning applications.
