摘要
Problems in paper recycling caused by adhesive tapes used to seal cardboard boxes cause significant production and quality problems. Impurities accumulate in the process, disrupt the production process and negatively affect product quality. The paper industry is therefore calling for recyclable adhesive tapes in paper and packaging products. The article discusses ingredients in packaging adhesive tapes, the necessity for the development of a new technological process and highlights the definition and scale to determine recyclability. Results are printed for 4 different adhesive tapes used in packaging. The best product was an adhesive tape using a PVC film and rubber solvent adhesive, with a recovery rate of 100%. The best adhesives are rubber-based or hot-melt adhesives. Paper-based adhesive tapes did not perform favorably as a large part of the mostly impregnated fibers cannot be removed from the suspension.
