Switched capacitor circuits

A review is presented of methods for synthesis of switched capacitor (SC) circuits on the base of approximations of p-and z- transformations. In more part of paper are considered ideal SC circuits and real SC circuits with account for parasitic parameters. For SC circuit synthesis are used more frequently methods with application of switched integrates for simulation of components and prototypes and methods with development of SC circuits of the second order. It is noted too that wide usage find SC equivalents of known digital filters being based on the universal units providing for all mathematical operations necessary for digital filtration. A set of programs is developed for SC circuit analysis. A great interest is observed to the signal graph methods and the subcircuit method.
