摘要
Frequency multiplication is analyzed in a continuous nonlinear paraelectric medium in the traveling-wave regime. The results of numerical calculations for a cryogenic strontium titanate paraelectric, the electrophysical properties of which have been investigated up to the IR band, are given as an example.
