Expanded range at Noseda

Noseda, based in Como, Italy, has expanded its production range to fully-integrated processing lines covering a range of different sectors. These include Acriltex, Spandex, Eltex, Fiscotex, Siltex, Vood-dye, Felt-dye and Zip-dye and these are further defined. Considerable flexibility combines to offer a complete customer care package in both continuous and non-continuous lines, with fully integrated and compatible process technologies. Particular attention is paid to the HPF-HS series from the Eltex range for beam dyeing. This doubles the specific flow rate available while reducing the dyeing cycle. Other benefits are that no water channel is needed, thereby lowering overall consumption and cutting costs. Although the machine can accommodate a double load, there is no deformation of thread. Double direction flow and higher capacity (up to 650kg) enable the load to be reduced by 50%. The technology was developed with water about 12 years ago, and recent development permits use with solvents. Around 75% of Noseda's machinery is exported.
