摘要
General remarks, related to property improvement of thermoplastic resins through reinforcing them by glass fibers and other inorganic materials of high strength, are followed by a detailed analysis of factors influencing performance of reinforcement in plastics matrix. Extensive experimental data are presented in curves and tables for the following reinforced thermoplastics - polyamides, PP, PE, cellular PS, polycarbonates, PPO, polysulfanes, polyethylene terephthalate, and acetal resins.
