摘要：
Cold working of austenitic steel is analyzed in detail. Effects of cold working on weld properties and steel properties at both room and high temperatures are examined and cold stretching methods for welded pressure vessels are dealt with. Finally, the effect of cold working properties on the design of pressure vessels constructed of austenitic stainless steels is studied in detail.
