摘要
The local electrodynamic processes that occur within a liquid subjected to the conduction-induction effect of a rotating electromagnetic field are studied. A layer of conducting fluid is examined and the electrodynamic processes of the nonmoving fluid are described by the given system of differential equations which were made dimensionless for the vector and scalar potentials of the electromagnetic field.
