Coherent matching of α1 and α2 phases in high-coercivity Fe-Cr-Co-Mo alloys

Matching of the crystal lattices of α1 and α2 phases in high-coercivity Fe-Cr-Co-Mo alloys after different heat treatments in an external magnetic field was investigated by X-ray diffractometry of single crystals and computer processing of the results. The three kinds of coherent matching of phases, the conditions under which they arise and the methods of obtaining them are studied. In one of the specimens, a value (BH)max=80 kJ/m3 was attained.
