摘要
The paper makes an attempt to define the rules governing hierarchically structured organizations. The control units are represented by translators dealing with a finite set of linguistic situations. It is shown how to find the thesaurus requirements and the optimal number of translators. The conditions are defined in which an upper or a lower translator level becomes necessary. Based on the results of the discussion concerning the applicability of the information-based evaluations to the hierarchy operation, an intelligence classification system is proposed.
