Thermal energy characteristics of the coal types of the Chekhez, Bikin, and Rettikh deposits in the Far East of the USSR are given in the form of graphs and tables. Results of test-bed investigation of the ignition and combustion of pulverized fuel from these coal grades are presented, their low reaction capacity is explained,
