Contactless measurement of temperature on the surfaces of electric equipment

摘要
The use of radiation pyrometers is discussed. The quantitative interpretation of the measurement results shows the necessity of introducing the notion of the '%'effective radiation capacity'%', when selective sensors are used. An expression is given for the '%'effective radiation capacity'%' and numerical results for some electrotechnical materials, including resistor materials. The temperature profile of a large circuit breaker model is shown as an example of the application of the method.
