The Postal Business Center Network.com (PBC Network), a subsidiary of Universal Express, Inc. in New York signed an agreement with Packaging Technologies Inc., a national wholesaler of stock corrugated. According to the agreement, Packaging Technologies will supply its corrugated boxes and packaging materials to the PBC Network. The PBC Network declared that the agreement is a cost-effective one and an efficient alternative to their own corrugated company located in Tempe.
