摘要
The Information Network System (INS) model is a pilot plant for the INS and provides an opportunity to confirm the technical feasibility of the system. It also provides valuable experience in installation and operation procedures as well as feedback on customer reaction to new services. The field trial of the INS Model System represents end-to-end digital connectivity, service integration, and combined communication and processing introduced for public use. The INS Model System entered a five-year field trial period in September 1982, and began offering pilot services on September 28, 1984.
