In creating a new conductometric method of estimating moisture permeability, the authors used registration of the changes in electrical conductivity of a moisture-sensitive element when it absorbs water vapor. To estimate the moisture permeability of greases of various types, 10 specimens of commercial products based on petroleum and synthetic oils were tested.
