摘要：

The paper deals with the aims and preconditions of control forming processes. Principles, potentialities, and limitation of laboratory simulations of those processes aimed at the torsion plastometer are defined. An accurate specification is given of present parameters of the automated torsion plastometer in the VUSM, VZSKG plant; the plastometer combined the basic SETARAM equipment (France) with the control and evaluating MTS (West Berlin) system with the VITKOVICE interface. The experimental part presents simulation examples on rolling thick-wall and thin-wall semis.
