摘要
Hungary has emerged as a European success story, with growth occurring even during the recent worldwide recession. Though, dramatic improvements in quality at the four featured companies required a complete transformation from authoritarian to participative decision making. Thus, social and environmental responsibility are important components of the companies' quality efforts.
