INFLUENCE OF TURBINE FIRST STATOR ROW COOLING ON TURBINE INLET GAS TEMPERATURE.

摘要
The paper examines the problem of the quantitative influence of the flowrate of the air bled from the compressor to cool the first stator on the increase of the stator inlet gas temperature. The turbine rotor inlet gas temperature and the rotor cooling air flow-rate are assumed to be given. It has been found that in engines with cooled turbine first-stage stator there is always a significant difference between the temperature at the entrance to and exit from the stator, i. e. , at the rotor inlet.
