摘要
A linear detector implemented by a high-speed operational amplifier is described. Use of an auxiliary channel of compensation of temperature drift permits linear detection with an error of less than equivalent to 0. 2% for a signal range of 60 db at a frequency of 30 kHz. The nonlinearity of the device is less than equivalent to 0. 4% for an input-signal range of 80 db at a frequency of 3 kHz.
