摘要
The development of levitation and light-based techniques to aid crystal formation is discussed. Levitation is considered important for understanding the structure of proteins and other macromolecules. Three-dimensional structural information can be gained using x-ray crystallography. Using the levitation equipment and techniques, the researchers screened for the precipitation of the enzymes.
