摘要
Computer Integrated Manufacture (CIM) is the latest management concept to enter industry. With CIM all management and production systems are integrated, allowing up-to-date information to be channeled through the organization. With such information systems, car manufacturers, for example, have been able to reduce their working capital by practicing 'just in time' stock control.
