The Transportation Test Center (TTC), in Pueblo, Colorado, has been in operation now for over 15 years. Though still owned by the government, the facility for almost four years has been under the management and operational guidance of the Association of American Railroads. As it stands today, the TTC has evolved into a modern test facility devoted mainly to research, testing and product development work that is more attuned to the needs of state-of-the-art railroading.
