摘要
The reduction of the heating costs by lowering the room temperatures to standard values, by efficient reduction of the heating performance during the night and during week-ends, and the lowering of the forced ventilation to the permissible lowest level was put to test in the new institute building - a steel frame construction - of the university for agriculture at Vienna. The investigation shows that by application of the saving methods, as aimed, considerable savings of the costs can be achieved.
