摘要：
The design, characteristics and performance of permanent-magnet generators with multistacked rotors are discussed and their application in wind energy systems is described. Several output control strategies for the wind turbine driven permanent-magnet generators are described and their experimental results are discussed. The suitability of the imbricated rotor generator for wind power systems is demonstrated.
