摘要
The objective is to introduce a means to obtain accurate velocity distribution measurements by MTOF technique with a detector of finite entrance slit width instead of building a wide detector surface and trying to overcome problems caused by the non-uniformity of surface material as well as problems of secondary electrons focusing on the second dynode.
