Audio encoding of MPEG- II real-time encoding system

Based on the principle of audio encoding by utilizing psychoacoustic model, the MUSICAM algorithm adopted by MPEG audio encoding protocol is introduced and the implementation scheme of audio encoding module in MPEG-II real-time encoding system is presented. The scheme utilizes HOST CPU to complete audio encoding, which not only utilizes system resource well, but also reduces the cost. In application, this scheme meets the demand of real-time and stability.
