SURGE ABSORPTION BY ACCUMULATOR. STUDY IN THE CASE OF AIR CONTENT IN OIL.

摘要
Absorption of surge, generated in hydraulic systems due to the discharge of an electromagnetic valve, by an accumulator is studied concerning the factors which influence the magnitude of the surge: quantity of air content in the oil; open time of the electromagnetic valve; and, fluid resistance of the accumulator for oil feed. It is established that insertion of an accumulator for surge absorption is effective.
