摘要
With the ever-increasing shortages of fuel supplies, it is imperative that manufacturers seek new methods of decreasing energy consumption in treating metal surfaces prior to the application of organic finishes. By the selection of low-temperature cleaners and conversion coating processes and by eliminating costly waste-treatment procedures, reductions in energy requirements can be obtained.
