摘要
The increasing trend towards virtual private networked organizations is discussed. Enterprises today are increasingly netcentric and expect 80% of its employees to telework by 2005. Robust corporate intranets are enabling employees to access company's information electronically through enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM).
