摘要
Studies of texture inhomogeneity of sheets from Zr-2.5% Nb alloy are carried out. Analysis of the results obtained makes it possible to conclude that dispersion of registered intensity of X-ray scattering for grains corresponding to different texture components as related to cold-rolled sheets with various type texture depends on orientation of their basis standard specifications and varies within the range of 1-25%. The sheet texture inhomogeneity depends on the type of the formed rolling texture and decreases in proportion to increase of final stable components inside it. The σs distribution, characterizing inhomogeneity of the sheet with texture of transitional type contains information on the texture of the sheet both at the preceding and subsequent stages of deformation. This is due to statistical scattering of the sheet microstructure local parameters and heterogeneous reorientate of α-zirconium grains by rolling.
