摘要
Special importance must be attached to the knowledge of rock movements around mining cavities, as well as to those between these cavities and the surface, in order to evaluate the processes taking place in the rock, particularly rock bursts and water inflow. For this reason, the results of practical experiences are given together with those of model tests with equivalent materials, and of theoretical investigations using the finite element method. Conclusions to be drawn for mining operations are discussed.
