摘要
The thermal degradation of poly(vinyl chloride)/chlorinated polyethylene (PVC/PE-C) blends of different compositions and the influence of physiologically harmless Ca/Zn stabilizer on the thermal stability of the blends were investigated by means of isothermal thermogravimetry. The nonstabilized and stabilized PVC+PE-C blends were degradated in the thermobalance, at the temperature of 240, 250, 260 and 270°C in inert atmosphere. In the investigated temperature range, PVC dehydrochlorinates completely and PE-C partially. The kinetic parameters of isothermal degradation were calculated with the help of the Flynn and Prout-Tompkins equations. The apparent activation energy and preexponential factor show compensation dependence in a certain range of conversion, depending on blend composition.
