Some properties of current-conducting coatings

摘要
The results of studying the metal-ceramic and ceramic systems with the aim to solve the problem of manufacturing inexpensive film heaters are considered. It is established, that the highest electric conductivity distinguishes films on the base of Fe2O3, CoO, NiO, MnO2, MoO3, V2O5, La2O3, and Nb2O5. The coatings obtained are resistant to vibration and mechanical actions, as well as to low temperatures and moisture.
