摘要
An analysis is made of the influence of the spin-wave (magnon) superlattice on the electron properties of a magnetic semiconductor. In the limit of strong nonlinearity of spin waves the superlattice degenerates into a set of solitary magnetization waves (solitons), which - like periodic waves - may capture electrons effectively and have their motion quantized along the direction of the wave propagation.
