A method based on the field-matching technique proposed by E. Kuhn is described for the calculation of the frequency-dependent properties of symmetrical waveguide Y-junctions and 120 degree -bends. Analytical equations for the scattering parameters of waveguides with only TE//1//0-mode propagation are given.
