摘要：

UV spectrophotometry and derivative spectrophotometry were used to determine the trace presence of 5-n-alkyl-1,2,3,4- tetrahydronaphthalene sulfonate (DTHNS) in n-nonane. A method to determine the trace presence of DTHNS by derivative spectrophotometry was developed. This method is applicable for concentrations ranging from 2 ppm to 200 ppm. © Carl Hanser Publisher, Munich.
