Twisted and bowed guide blade technology to improve aero-engine performance

摘要
A design rule of applying twisted and bowed guide blade to improve aero-engine performance is presented. In order to keep design point of compressor, total temperature, total pressure and mass-flow before guide blade was maintained. Total pressure of turbine outlet is raised due to using twisted and bowed guide blade, so thrust may be improved by reducing area of jet.
