摘要：
In recent years there has been increasing pressure to improve the accuracy of drilling and blasting to meet the requirements of both safety and environmental protection. Improvements can still be made and the revision of the Mines and Quarries legislation will require the use of many of the techniques highlighted in this paper. The three basic requirements in a good drilling and blasting system are safety, environmental acceptability and cost/efficiency.
