摘要
This article discusses the design and application of energy-efficient power ICs. In particular, the circuit approaches and packaging techniques that solve some of the most important problems for today's power management applications are described. By using these technologies, economy combined with low quiescent current and low dropout voltage, as well as space saving with small outline packages could be obtained.
