摘要：
The paper presents general information about the deposits, production methods and productivity of hard coal in Poland. Highly mechanized longwall mining system is being practiced, and the main coal face equipment are shearer loaders, armored conveyors, powered supports and other devices. The authors describe these machines and their main technical parameters are tabulated. A longwall complex is outlined and the future trends in the production of the machines are discussed.
